Wat Suan Dok (built 16th century onward)
Wat Suan Dok, the Flower Garden temple, is the royal cemetery of the Chiang Mai kings. Dozens of members of the royal family are buried here beneath small tiled chedi, but the largest chedi supposedly contains relics of the Buddha. The temple is also famous for the Phra Chao Kao Tu Buddha image, cast in the 16th century.
