This is a small, but modern temple in the small town of Pranburi, just south of Hua Hin, Thailand.  About 10% of the population in Thailand is ethnic Chinese.  Most of the shops in the center of town here had Chinese characters as well as Thai writing over their doors, so I assume this temple was built by these merchants.  It looks like it serves as a Chinese community center as well as a temple.  No one was inside anywhere when we visited around noon.  I assume this is a fairly typical Chinese temple in Thailand.
