Jinnamgwan Guest House - 여수 진남관 (麗水 鎭南館) (built 1716 onward)

The Jinnamgwan Guest House was built by naval commander Yi Je-myeon in 1716 to replace the guest house that had built by naval commander Yi Si-eon in 1599 just after the Japanese invasions of 1592-98. The memorial tablet of the reigning monarch was kept in the hall and a ritual for his well being was performed on the 1st and 15th of each lunar month.

The main building is 54.5 meters wide and 14 meters tall, with 68 columns.
