Gang Munbong Shingle House - 강문봉 너와집 (likely built late 19th, early 20th centuries)

The Gang Munbong house is about a half-kilometer up along the road from the Kim Jinho house. Like its counterpart, it is one of a few neowajib, or shingled houses, that still remain in the mountains of Gangwon province. For more information on neowajib in general, please visit the Kim Jinho webpage.

Address: 강원 삼척시 도계읍 신리.

(Designated Important Folklore Material #33, along with the Kim Jinho house).
