Binyeon Jeongsa Pavilion - 빈연정사 (賓淵精舍) (built 1583)
Binyeon Jeongsa was the study of Yu Unryong (1539-1601), better known by his pen name, Kyeom-am. He was the elder brother of the renowned Confucian scholar and statesman Yu Seongnyong (1542-1607) and was famous in his own right for his austere conduct as a government official.
Built in 1583, the house comprises a wooden floored hall at the center that is open in the front and has paneled doors at the sides and two spacious rooms at the rear that have heated floors. The roof is hipped and gabled.
