The Thai Hoa palace (Palace of Supreme Harmony), built in
1803 at a different location and moved here in 1833. It is analogous to
the Palace of Supreme Harmony at the Forbidden City in Beijing. It was
used by the Emperor for court ceremonies and receptions.
